The high quality Recla Oltspeck is the result of a combination of traditional craftsmanship and choice ingredients. To make Oltspeck, a limited number of joints are selected using strict criteria. They are then allowed to mature for a whole 36 weeks with a finely-tuned blend of herbs and spices and a small amount of salt, which allows their incomparable flavor to unfold.

The longer ageing period, the airy climate and a unique mixture of herbs and spices give the product its balanced and extremely harmonious taste. Oltspeck unfolds its full flavor if it is taken out of the packaging in good time (at least half an hour) before serving.
